Your Cypress TrackPad driver seems to be corrupt or missing.  Is this on a Dell XPS13 computer?  If so I had the same problem this summer when I couldn't update Win10 because the Cypress driver wasn't compatible.  In the end I got a new driver from Dell and all was good.
