I just downloaded the program and have it up and running.  I followed the tutorial and made a flight plan and when I went to file it I got error message saying I was not connected to XPlane.  I also downloaded the XPUIPC  program and changed the IP address to my computer.  I look my plugins and the program was listed.

I know it is probably something simple that i missed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
