You need the following file to be installed on your machine: MSSTDFMT.DLLI downloaded that file from the web, and installed it in WindowsSystem 32 and the C:I386 folders and still no joy.The fuel planner works fine on my older DELL machine.Can anybody help me get this going on my newer PC? March 15, 200620 yr Open a command window and go to the System32 subdirectory and type regsvr32 MSSTDFMT.DLL and hit 'enter' - this will register the dll object library with the system. Then the program will find the class it is trying to instantiate.DJ

March 17, 200620 yr Incredibly, I don't think I have the software to use TOPCAT. On both of my DELLs I have no Excel installed. I have some crappy program called MS Works instead.
