PC12 prop control?

Recommended Posts

I have my prop control mapped to my F3/F4 keys, decrease/increase

I noticed that they work to change the prop in the plane, but there is no actual prop levers that I can see by the throttles.

so my question is, is this a "bug" or a "feature" - can real pc12 pilots adjust the prop speed in the real pc12?

I notice my tourque? can't remember the second to top engine guage drops as I climb, so then I bring back my prop and it goes up again.

What is the correct procedure? I just happen to come on to this by accident/messing around with it.

Ciao!

In the real PC-12 prop is not controlled by the pilot,  the CSU pump / flyweights govern the pitch. The rpm is set to a max of 1700 at full throttle.

Cheers
