October 11, 20178 yr Hello, I will be grateful for advice which joystick is better choice: 1. Logitech G Saitek PRO Flight Yoke System + Logitech G Saitek PRO Flight Rudder Pedals or 2. Thrustmaster Hotas Warthog + Logitech G Saitek PRO Flight Rudder Pedals I add that most frequently I fly PMDG 737 and 777. Thank you very much in advance.
October 11, 20178 yr The yoke is more fitting of the 737 and 777, but is not as good a quality controller. It is the old Saitek Yoke and the pots are noisy, and the mechanism not the most smooth. The TM Warthog is about as good as a controller you can get before the professional level/thousands of dollar range. It has hall effect sensors instead of analog pots, a great mechanism, and is very sturdy. Also something to think about is the Honeycomb Alpha Flight Controls. Its the first new entry level yoke announced in probably 10+ years. I have quite some hope for it and will probably be replacing my Saitek yoke with it as soon as it's out (estimated later this year). It's supposed to be digital sensors and much improved mechanisms. I'm also eager for their throttle quadrant that should be following the yoke. Eric Szczesniak
