Apologise for the stupid question....but how do I post a file in the forum ? I mean how can I attach the .ini file to this post ? It may be obvious so it is clear that I am missing something here...

Not a stupid question at all! Looks like this forum doesn't allow attachments - so you'll need to upload to some cloud server like Dropbox and link to it. However - as these .ini files are pure text files, you could paste them in the body of the post set as a spoiler, like so (my 26_01 preset):
