First of all I really like this addon! Great job!

I do have two requests:

1) Is it possible to put Little Navmap in dark mode? I use two monitors and when I fly at night the brightness from the map is too bright (for me)

2) Is it possible to change the parking spots in airports directly from LittleNavMap? I would love that feature!

I did search to see if these requests were already in the program. I found I could use a dark map, but the rest of the panes were really bright. I didn't find anything else, so my apologies if my two requests have already been answered.

1) Yep. Options dialog on tab "User Interface".

2) Sorry, no. This would involve BGL compilation and much more. Too much effort. You can use ADE to change the airports.
