P3d v4.

I download a livery of AVSIM, said compatible with P3D. I open the PTP file and it just opens ops center and nothing happens. If I go to the OPS center and click tools, execute PTP I get "this is for 737-800 WL but the variant is not installed".......but I have it installed.....What gives? I've tried running it as admin and everything.

Liveries for FSX and P3D are still interchangeable so this isn't an issue.  Your method of using the OC might be a problem, please note that there is a user manual on it's use, just click on the big question mark upper right corner.  What you are looking for is on page 25.

Thanks for the reply.

The problem is I don't have that green add button in my PMDG ops center.

It is on the livery manager screen, not livery downloader.  If you don't see it perhaps you are not using default pixel size in your windows?  I believe the setting is 96 dpi.

You are absolutely dead on. That was the problem. I had custom scaling, changed it back to 100 and tried it and it worked.

Thank you so much
