FSX-MS P3d convert to FSX

Hi

I want to ask if I use a P3Dv3 Scenery in FSX(because a Scenery is not available for FSx) and some parts are invisible in FSX, if there is a tool I can convert the files so they will work with FSX too?

There is no tool.  However, most scenery stuff in FSX works for P3Dv3 and earlier and vice-versa.  If you are talking about commercial scenery made for P3DV3 and you want to use it in FSX, you will be out of luck as you will probably have a conflict with P3D using DX11 and FSX only using DX10 technology.
