Fatal Error with Latest Carenado Updates

The fifth batch of Carenado updates for P3Dv4 just became available and I installed three of them:

B200 KING AIR HD SERIES FSX/P3D 
C90B KING AIR HD SERIES FSX/P3D 
V35B Bonanza FSX/P3D

I ran the indexer, installed the panels and all three give me fatal errors.  It's strange that it would be these specific planes that do this?

Use Lorby's Add-on Manager to check the character sets of those add-on.cfg files.

PS  Has anyone been using VOXATC with P3D4.1 yet?  Maybe that could be the issue.

I'm using VOXATC 7.41 with P3d 4.1 and the only problem that I have encountered is VOXATC's incompatibility with the updated fsaerodata ARTCC/FIR frequencies. That fsaerodata option (which works perfectly with the default ATC) causes VOXATC to refer to all centers as "Oceanic Center".
