October 24, 20178 yr Hi. Just wondered if LINDA supports the LED displays for MCP controls om PMDG etc (I know it supports the switches) or do we still need SPAD or Spad Next in order to drive the display. Would prefer just to use LINDA if possible. Thanks Andy Holmes
October 24, 20178 yr Hi Andy At present, LINDA does not yet support Saitek Multi and Radio Panels for advanced aircraft like the PMDG 7x7, Aerosoft Airbus and Majestic Q400. This is because these aircraft designers do not use the standard FSX/FSUIPC offsets. I plan to work on that this winter. October 24, 20178 yr Same problem with autopilot of saitek. for v4.1, anybody know if Spad Next do the job well ? A question: for addons, it is perhaps better to have the sdk loaded on computer ?

A question: for addons, it is perhaps better to have the sdk loaded on computer ? It is not necessary to have the SDK loaded when using any Flt Sim or with LINDA. The SDK just provide additional information for developers to use design better interfaces with the specific aircraft. For the advanced aircraft, I need to create a way of reading and writing the corresponding data from the Flt Sim to the aircraft. October 24, 20178 yr Author Thanks Scott. Do I take it that the LED gear lights work on the switch panel with LINDA and how thats done?

LINDA controls the Switch Panel landing gear lights from within the GUI. If Saitek Panels is ticked in LINDA Setup, the red/green with cycle after reload or reset to prompt users to operate a button to ensure the button states are read. October 25, 20178 yr Author Thanks again. Linda makes flight sim a much more enjoyable experience due to devs like you guys. Many thanks for your efforts.
