Im trying to replace to horrible desert looking default fall textures with those made by leclercq. Ive installed everything correctly within Scenery/World/Texture, but the default textures are still shown as before.

I just downloaded these textures this week too and they are displaying correctly for me. I only got the replacement textures for Fall (Autumn to me!) and Winter as I don't have any issues with the Spring/Summer default textures. Is it just the Fall ones you have downloaded? Is it possible you have only Fall ones and you are setting up a flight in Winter? Or only have the Winter ones and are setting your flight in Autumn? Those desert-like textures are there throughout Autumn and Winter so you'd need both sets to eliminate it completely.
