I have finished a flight plan and have the repaints ready for Macair, the regional carrier in Queensland. The repaints were graciously done by Darren Belanger. However, on going to the airports serviced by Macair I was very disappointed in the default airports. Most lack any scenery and a few are completly wrong (grass landing strips instead of asphalt and no parking for example).Would there be any scenery designers and/or AFCAD experts that would be willing to redo those airports? I have no experience with either scenery design nor AFCADS so I need your help.I have an Excel file with notes on each airport (areodrome). A couple have very good scenery already, but the majority are unacceptable.I also plan on doing flight plans for other regionals in Australia and will no doubt need help on these as well.If you are interested, please email me: [email protected] and I'll email you the excel file.Thanks.

You might also ask if they can replicate the hundreds of flies that flew with me on last my last Macair flight from Longreach-Winton-Townsville. :-)Jeff

VOZ 1.1 bundles a bunch of Queensland airports and the upcoming version 1.2 will add about another 20 QLD airports. If you can't wait for VOZ 1.2, then head to:http://virtualvfr.comhttp://www.aussim.com.au/for a substantial collection of Australian airports, most of which will be migrated into the VOZ all-in-one package over the next month or so.Hope this helps :)

Hi Koorby; Nice to hear from you. Great work on the VOZ project. The Voz team has made flying downunder a most enjoyable experience. I also love the New Zealand sceneries especially since I obtained yesterday Christian Stock's topo scenery for NZ.I did check out the suggested sites and visited each areodrome that Macair flies to in FS9 with VOZ 1.1 since I do have that installed. The only sceneries available are Cains, Townsville, Brisbane and Mt. Isa., and I found that Mt. Isa one at PAI. Doomadgee (YDMG), for example, seems to be mislocated in FS9 and has a grass runway when it should be asphalt. Will V.1.2 be correcting these problems? If so, I can wait and work on another regional carrier instead, hoping that the scenery and afcads are acceptable. Here are the codes for the areodromes serviced by Macair: YBIE,YBDV,YBOU,YBBN,YBKT,YBCS,YBCV,YCCY,YCMU,YDMG,YHUG,YJLC,YKOW,YLRE,YMRB,YMTI,YBMA,YNTN,YBOK,YQLP,YRMD,YSGE,YTGM,TBTL,YWDH,YWTN.Thanks for your response,Jim
