Is there a way to pause EZdok module and still have TrackIR

When I pause (temporarily disable from the FSX menu) EZDOK, then TrackIR stops working in FSX.

Is there a way to setup EZDOK so that when I (temporarily) pause EZDOK, then TrackIR will still work?

reason: sometimes I have not yet setup an EZDOK 'landing view' for a particular plane, and need TrackIR to move to a position where I can see the runway!

As you know pausing EZDOK restores the keyboard keys ability to pan and zoom the cockpit view, but it is much easier/faster just to move your head to do the same thing with TrackIR (instead of using the keyboard)
