I have been unable to get a response from several emails to Commercial Level Simulations. I love their Airbus payware planes, but since I had a virus crash last weekend, I have been unable to contact them. I have my "license keys" and I want my planes back. However, I need some cooperation so that I can re-download them. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this. I certainly don't want to campaign against this company for it's lack of support .....yet!I'm hoping it's just a fluke that they don't return the many attempts at contacting them. I look forward to some advice from my fellow forum members.Thanks.

Just a thought, do you have a spam filter that could be eating the e-mail replies? I get bit by that one all the time (but there's no way I'm going to loosen the filter rules :-) ).Doug
