I am both surprised and intrigued as why my thread about FSD was locked. The explanation is simply that,

Yeh, I've seen some of the earlier rants, and can understand that, but this one just seems so benign. Most odd i thought.

No I dont think you were abusive in any way. But like he said, this subject has been beaten to death. And thats really why I spoke up in that thread too. People use the public forums anonymously to vent about their private squabbles too often, and its getting old. People want to read about hobby related stuff, not personal/private disputes. And there are always two sides to any argument and we can only hear one in the public forums. But I do have to say that you were much more mature about it than most.

All flame threads and those about private disputes always head south quickly, not just those against any particular individual or developer. Like I said above a lot of people like me just dont enjoy reading them. And I have to say that Avsim does an excellent job in weeding this stuff out so we can talk about FS and not about who we dont want playing in the same sandbox.
