ChasePlane Error Installtion

I have an ERROR when I install ChasePlane

ERROR Code:

 Installation Error: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\OldProp Solutions Inc\ChasePlane\ChasePlane.exe' because it is being used by another process.

Make sure ChasePlane is not running in the Task Manager

RESOLVED 

Yes ChasePlane was run in the Task Manager. And now I did an install again and it was success.
