Installation failed

I have an ERROR when I install ChasePlane

ERROR Code:

 Installation Error: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\OldProp Solutions Inc\ChasePlane\ChasePlane.exe' because it is being used by another process.
