May 3, 200620 yr Hi,The only problem with this approach is that you end up with more than one of these MDL files (now library objects) active at one time (from different sceneries). This can cause real problems if you decide to alter the textures (for example) just for your scenery. It might get it's textures from your version, or from the other (not sure how it chooses; FS chooses differently on different computer installations). A real mixup. Also, MS has warned that performance might be hurt if multiple identical library objects are loaded at one time, and perhaps could cause some instability on occasion...Hope this helps,--Tom GibsonCal Classic Propliner Page: http://www.calclassic.comFreeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.comDrop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___ Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page

May 4, 200620 yr Author Jon Masterson's Library Object Manager will analyze a scenery bgl and produce a list of the libraries and objects it uses. You must first import your libraries into LOM...this is a relatively quick and painless process. The program is free and does a bunch of useful things. Well worth a look....http://www.scruffyduck.plus.com/Sidney Schwartz KPDX
