ENB glitch ?!

Don't suppose anyone has any further insight on this? My Water detail is 1x and I've still had this exact issue with the ENB, and I despite messing with all the Day/Night settings I still have the problem of haze disappearing arbitrarily when looking down, particularly at high altitudes. What am I missing? I'm surprised this doesn't aggravate everyone who uses the ENB.

I split from a topic started in 2012 (necropost).  A lot of things change over the years and best to start a new topic as none of the members who participated in the original topic is around.  SweetFX took over ENB and we have a SweetFX Forum where you can research your issue.
