Aerosoft Airports

Featured Replies

Hi All

My Aerosoft Airports always seem to be paler and more washed out looking than my Orbyx installations

Is this just my setup -can I do anything?

Do others find this?

This is normal because most of them are not blended with the orbx base program like many of the other developers do.

This can be corrected but it is a big pain in the word not allowed to do it and is the main reason I do not have their Alaskan airports installed.

With very few exceptions I never fly into the major airports so this is not a problem for me.  I check the airports on Google Earth and unless I see propeller driven GA aircraft on the field I never buy the airport.  I have spent a small fortune on scenery and only fly low and slow so that I can see it.

Hi Gypsy Pilot

Low and slow myself but use these bigger airports sometimes at the end of a flight

Did not know what the problem was-thanks for the info

I did get some good news yesterday, Aerosoft has just released a new Anchorage Airport that has a switch that will make it compatible with Orbx Southern Alaska.  I have been wanting this airport for some time and its now on my purchase next list.

Hi Gypsy Pilot

I have installed Anchorage yesterday

Sorry to say that “washed out “ appearance still a feature
