Hello Samuel,

Well without knowing where, those look like fx_2.bmp light effect textures. I would say you are using a Radeon Graphics card, and you have recently updated your driver. I would suggest you rollback or install to your previous driver and Catalyst config fresh.

Which AMD driver were you using when this occurred? 

Is the issue resolved? If so what driver are you using now?
