This sounds like you have the PMDG 737 set up to start up in the Cold and Dark State.  If you want it ready for taxi, you will have to change that setting.  Simconnect should have already been installed and there is no action for you to take.  Do not understand what you mean by no simconnect.  How are you turning simconnect on and off?  Simconnect is automatically installed when you install P3DV3.  Did you install all of the simconnects in P3Dv3\redist\interface\fsx-rtm\retail\lib?  There should be a SimConnect for ESPv1, FSX-RTM, FSX-SP1, and FSX-SP2-XPACK.

its not in cold and dark state its just dark the panels are black and i just cant press anything in the cockpit
i mean sp1

Did you install all of the SimConnects?

A dark panel indicates insufficient resources to fully render the panel and this could be caused by another program still trying to load.  I found the following possible solution for the black panel -

AVSIM has a P3D multiplayer forum moderated by DaveCT2003 and I encourage you to check that forum as he is definitely the expert.
