Problem with PTT assignment with joystick

Hello

A couple of days ago, I received a Thrustmaster Flight Stick X joystick for my birthday. As I'm also intending to really get into flying onto the IVAO network, I want to set a PTT button on my joystick via TeamSpeak 2. The problem is that TeamSpeak doesn't recognise inputs of my joystick so I can't set a PTT button on my joystick.

I'd be grateful for some help on this.
