   What can I expect of the 737ngx in terms of performance (fps) in fsx:se on this laptop? Should I buy the NGX or not?

Currently I have the eaglesoft C750 V2 running at 15 - 20 fps at FlyTampa Amsterdam with REX Sky Force.

System:

MSI GF62VR 7RF-1013NL

Processor Intel Core i7 7700HQ

2800 MHz Turbo Frequency 3,8 MHz

Cache 6 MB

RAM 16 GB SO-DIMM DDR4

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6000 MB

I believe you meeting those requirements but of course you are not going to have the performance of a medium quality desktop.
