February 9, 20188 yr Hi, I'm having issues with both 737 and 777. I have updated the both, put i'm unable to click on any switches no glass is showing up and also wheels up as well. Can some please help and I've also emailed PMDG about this and they never got back about this issue. Can someone or even a PMDG rep please help.
February 9, 20188 yr You emailed or you submitted a support ticket? They no longer do email support. If you haven't already, go here and submit a ticket. If you haven't already, you will need to create an account separate from your PMDG store account.

I found it was caused by my AV software somehow corrupting the install...Try uninstalling your PMDG products, disabling your AV, then performing a fresh re-install with the latest downloads from your account. Keep your AV disabled during the whole update process ..it worked for me..
