  1. Peter Webber's post in MJC8 Q400 PRO not showing up in my list of vehicles in P3D v3.2 was marked as the answer
Thanks for all the ideas. It appears the issue is resolved:

    1) Re-downloaded the Dash Pro full installer from my account (1.018).
    2) Uninstalled the existing Dash in P3D v3.2.
    3) Disabled Norton and re-installed Dash Pro with the newly downloaded installer.
    4) Applied patch from User Area - success!

Maybe something became corrupted during my upgrade to P3D v3.2?

Anyway thanks for the comments. Dash Pro working fine now.

Hi. It would be helpful to post your findings should any other members have the same issue....
  3. Peter Webber's post in Constant re-activation required with PMDG aircraft. was marked as the answer
    Hi Kyle.
Support ticket was already in progress in parallel with this post. Some feedback for those who may also experience this issue:
This was very difficult to track down, and I'm no computer boffin but it looks like I resolved it with some hints from the PMDG guys.
They suggested I delete all PMDG files within the Flexnet folder and re-install 737NGX which I did but without success. Then I decided to compare the FLEXnet folder on my affected PC with another PC which I also use for flight simulation. And there it was. The FLEXnet configuration settings were missing on my affected PC. I cut and pasted the FLEXnet configuration settings from my second PC and "Voila!", everything working and activated. Thanks for your support. Will stick to Windows 8.1. I think upgrading to Windows 10 with a clean PC would be preferable. Too many issues with complex applications.

Thanks again. Will report back to the PMDG team.
  4. Peter Webber's post in REX 4 & P3D V2.5 was marked as the answer
Peter...eventually sorted it out....checked the properties of a transferred cloud file in the REX 4 folder and compared it with the same file in the P3D texture folder...properties are the same so textures are being transferred. Thanks.
  5. Peter Webber's post in 737NGX CTD on loading was marked as the answer
PMDG 737NGX is not yet compatible with FSX-SE....Read the product page carefully..will be made compatible by mid to end of Feb..with a service pack update included.
  6. Peter Webber's post in ASN Waiting for simulator was marked as the answer
I know that ASN loads a module into FSX and P3D before it will communicate with the sim...maybe the module is missing or corrupted? Have a look at page 13 of the user manual....
