Odd graphics issue post Win 10 update

Featured Replies

Hello all,

Using FSX SE on a lenovo i7 with GTX graphics card with latest drivers.

Ever since the latest windows update which for me was the big new one, Ive noticed issues with my graphics

My frame rates are fine, and navigating WITHIN the VC of an aircraft is smooth, but when you look around outside or make a turn or maneuver, the scenery is jerky.  Its hard to describe but its fluttery, and not smooth at all.  but within the cockpit is fine and framerates are ok.

Also, when hitting escape to exit a flight or adjusting settings, instead of a black background I can now see the flight screen which I couldnt do pre update.

Aside from a few aircraft, and accufeel, scenery and all that is stock.

Any ideas?  Its bordering on unusable.

This is normal for me especially in commercial add-on scenery like Friday Harbor.  Even with a super powerful system like mine (see signature).  I would recommend checking out the AVSIM FSX Configuration Guide (see link in my signature).  Settings are high but workable with systems built after Sandy Bridge chipset.  I will be watching this closely as I have never seen a solution since using FSX in 2006 and then Acceleration in 2007.  For me it only happens around commercial "eye-candy" scenery.
