Texture Problem! - Mid Section sometimes appears blurry PA A320

I have been repainting the PA A320. 
Occasionally, the mid section (fuse_2) appears blurry. I have to zoom right in and then out again for it to sharpen up. It happens every time a change back to spot plane view and also whenever I switch between full screen and windowed screen.
It is saved in the same DXT format as all the other texture files are (extended 32 bit 888-8).

Any help would be much appreciated. See attached screenshot.

FIXED! Texture had mipmaps enabled. Silly me.
