February 17, 20188 yr Hi, I am in the process of cockpit building with FSX (steam) and the PMDG 737NGX. I've been mapping switches and annunciators using events and offsets for the 737. I have some way to go yet to finish but I am considering migrating to P3D v4. I know I will have to buy the P3D version of PMDG 737NGX but what I would like to know is: Are the offsets and events between the two versions identical? i.e Will I have to re-configure all my inputs and outputs to use different events, parameters and offsets? Cheers Gerald Munro
February 23, 20188 yr Commercial Member Hey Gerald, I don't see why they wouldn't be. I would highly recommend migrating to v4 though, the advantages over FSX are impressive and you'll find everything is just smoother, and there's the fact that the memory limit of a 32-bit environment is no longer present. Hope this helps!
March 11, 20188 yr Before I spend $90, does the 737NGX work with Prepar3d v4.2 yet? I'm getting a lot of bugs on other v4.2 add-ons.
