HiHow can I get back the original FS4K welcoming screen? Ever since I installed "Vista Australis" I have their welcoming screen when I launch FS4K.Stelios

The original is dlgsplash.bmp in the Uires folder...

>Thanks Rick but where should I put this "dlgsplash" file?>>Stelios I've had a couple different aircraft and scenery packages that do that. They swap the original dlgsplash.bmp with one of their own. It has to have the same name to work, so your original will be renamed to dlgsplash.backup or something similar. Usually both are still in the Uires folder, but on occasion the original will be moved to a backup folder belonging to the package downloaded. I don't know about Vista, but start in FS9's Uires folder for a renamed dlgsplash, if not there, search their folders. Then it's just a matter of renaming the original back to dlgsplash.bmp, removing or renaming their bmp, and keeping your original in the Uires folder.
