February 26, 20188 yr I have had this problem one time. Restarted my PC and activated again. Try to type in your email again, I have heard that sometimes there is a «space» behind the adress that gets included in the mailadress. It then becomes xxxxxberlin.deSPACE and not xxxxxberlin.de
