Register Email not found

Hi just purchased at simmarket. Registerd once. Openend the plane, but nothing works. No switch is moving. Tried to new register but message Email not found in database occurs. So no chance to fly this...

I have had this problem one time. Restarted my PC and activated again. Try to type in your email again, I have heard that sometimes there is a «space» behind the adress that gets included in the mailadress. It then becomes xxxxxberlin.deSPACE and not xxxxxberlin.de

Stille the messages Email adress not found in database occurs.
