Sorry Charles:I have watched your posts since you first joined Avsim in March was it? of 2006!...Has there been a thread you have been in that has not been LOCKED!I`m sorry sir but you don`t hold much water(Your history of posts)Now Sir... if Mister Small would like to give you something like a free download for his dirty work, I do understand. If not...Some of us that have been in this hobby for quite along time ,might have to disagree and say we have been burnt by FSD!they took my C.C my money and give me nothing in return. Now who is the pirate!yours trulyBrent Garland= real name

You mean just because the guy has not belonged to the forum but a few months and (maybe) has not participated as much as you it means he has rights inferior to yours? I think it is that kind of personal attack that gets threads like this locked. Not anything to do with his participation.Rob MorrisonFS Enthsiast

Thanks Rob.Brent, you "got burned by FSD"? If you dumped on them in a similar manner its no surprise they dont want to deal with you. The notion that as a customer you have the right to abuse them, and as a forum participant you have the right to abuse other members, is not good manners to say the least.

Since I've been around for many, many years; I just see Mr. Small as an individual who became a genius at perfecting flight simulation models, and gave freely for many years, including "free" excellent flight dynamic updates for the defaults. Company public relations, is just not, what he's best at. Simple as that! Oh, and BTW, I do have nearly every FSD model, and never been burnt.L.Adamson

I agree with Larry. FSD pioneered malfunctions long before they were common place(you could destroy a engine) and integration of excellent add on instruments (RXP). There are probably better candidates for public relations than Steve Small, but that is not why I buy from FSD. He would be in my top 5 list of air plane designers. I have had to request replacements in the past and they were handled quickly and courteously. I also own several FSD planes and will not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. I also realize that there are times when a vendor may be wrong and you may have a legitimate issue. But it does trump many years of producing excellent products. I hope your problems can be worked out to your satisfaction.Bob..I have been around here since the Pro-Pilot wars back in '97. We all had to re-register in March of 2002 because Tom Allensworth spilled a beer on the server and wrecked the data base. (At least that is what I heard.......... I think.) :)
