March 14, 20188 yr This appears to be the only way to contact PMDG. I was trying to place my first order with them, and I wanted to use PayPal. I put the product I wanted (737NGX) in my cart and went to checkout. I clicked the Paypal button on the page and was sent to Paypal. They asked me to sign in, told me the order total was for $89.99, and then returned me to the merchant. PMDG then told me I had nothing in my cart. So I again put the 737NGX in my cart and again clicked the PayPal button. The previous process was then repeated, and when I returned to PMDG after PayPal did their thing, my cart was again empty. Very frustrating! Robert Wittick

Very frustrating! Welcome to the forums, please note that PMDG requires that users include a signature block with the user's name, first and last, in all posts in the PMDG forum. Failure to include a signature will result in removal of the post without comment. We strongly encourage users to set up a signature block in their AVSim user account, then you never have to worry to remember in the future! Please note this is a user2user forum. The official way to contact us is via the support portal at support.precisionmanuals.com Regarding your issue If you get the Paypal screen and login to PayPal then you have left our e-store and you are in paypal servers. We do not have any control over there. As I wrote it will be best to contact us via the support portal via a ticket instead the forum. March 14, 20188 yr Author I'm very confused. Your PMDG website has a support tab, and that tab directs me here to this forum for support. It does not mention anything about writing tickets. As for my problem. When I go to checkout, I am given a choice of "Checkout or PayPal". I'm assuming that "or" is an exclusive "or" and I need to click the PayPal button is I want to use it. Is that not correct? I just tried using the precisionmanuals.com site, and it is the same site as the PMDG site. The support tab does not offer any option for writing tickets. Robert Wittick Robert, The support tab has two options one Product support and the other Customer Forum. You need to select the product support for the ticket portal. Discussion about sales and issues regarding that should be discussed through the ticketing system and not in public.
