So I'm looking for some Horizon Q400 flights around California. I currently have:
KLAX KSFO KSMF KSAN 
 

I'm looking at purchasing from ORBX:
KMRY KPSP KSTS KRDD

My question is with regards to the ORBX Airports being accurate (runways, taxiways, terminals etc)  to what the Airports actually are today.  I really don't like buying a field and then finding out afterwards that it has a runway extension, new taxiways etc.

I think STS has had some real world changes since release.  The others you mention I believe are fine.
