GTN 650 Black Screen

Featured Replies

I currently have X-Plane 11.10 installed with the latest version of RXP. I'm trying to use the GTN 650 in Alabeo PA32_Saratoga_II_TC but I'm getting the Black Screen issue. Everything was working fine until ~6 months ago when I had to re-install everything on a new laptop.

I've reviewed the posts and followed all the recommended steps but nothing has worked. Latest was un-installing & re-installing all GTN / RXP software and aircraft. I've verified that BAT/Alt & avionics were turned on, checked GTN 1 & 2, Changed settings to be always powered, etc..

The only strange thing I've found is an "[SASL ERROR] Setup error 40963" appearing in the dev consol.

Since re-installing everything, I haven't changed any settings in RealityXP.GTN.ini

There's nothing interesting in the log files:

From rxpGTN.xpl.log:

From rxpGtnSim.dll.log:

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :-)

I turned windows automatic updates back on and this solved the issue for me. Unfortunately, I don't know exactly what the cause was. Thanks for the quick replay!
