Running 530W on a second PC without XP11 Installed

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have two PCs in my setup that are networked.

The first runs XP11 Beta20 and the LHS, RHS and forward view monitors.

The second runs Air Manager and two MIP screens to display the gauges.

I want to install the 530W onto the second PC.

Can the 530W software read details from the remote install of XP11 or does the software need to be installed on the same PC as XP11 to function?

Hi,

There is no 'remote' feature provided as-is in our plugins. Instead, our product ships as a plugin which renders in-sim, either as popout window (detached, free floating) or as popup (XPlane window), in addition to 3D cockpit.

We've been touring the idea of a networked version for some time, but we are yet to devote any R&D on this for the short term.

I would like to have that capability too. I run a triple monitor set up and want to add a fourth monitor that is a touchscreen and run reality XP on that one.

I would also like to be able to overlay it onto an Air Manager panel in a perfect world.  Air Manager would be running on a separate PC. Any chance that that will happen in the near future? Thanks
