Missing Taxiway guidance lights

Hi all

I seem to have lost my Taxiway guidance lights in P3Dv4.1 and Voxatc 7.41. I do not have the check box "disable" ticked in advanced settings and I am departing from an airport with a ground frequency. Anyone have any ideas on how to get it back?

My experience is that this functionality varies by airport.  Are they missing at all airports?
