Script from within a script?

Featured Replies

Hello,

I wish to call/activate a script from within another script. Is it possible?

I tried a test without success. Nor I could find relevant information.
This would add a lot of further flexibility and convenience!

Thankks for the help,

Giorgio Goggi

At the moment, only flows with a single command (flows that work as an aliased command for a built-in one) are allowed. Otherwise Fo will complain he's got too much on his hand.

You can include your custom commands created in either Voxscript or Voxkey.

Just to add, in case you didn't know.

MCE is multi-threaded.

When you ask Fo to perform a flow, it's not like you have to wait until he's done with the task before requesting something else..

You can still ask him the odd question, dial or flip a switch via a direct command while he's going through the flow.

If unsure whether he's done (non-verbose flow), ask him "are you done with the flow", "have you completed the flow", etc..

And of course you can say "cancel flow", if you triggered one by accident.
