Problems with the approach Lugano LSZA

Featured Replies

With an approach in Lugano LSZA I have the choice between RW01 and RW19. No matter what I choose, P2ATC always chooses only the RW19, even though I chose RW01. Is this a Navdata or P2ATC error?

Right now, the active runway at LSZA is 19.  If you want RW01, you would need to select the "Force Pilot Runway Selection" option and then you should be able to add a RW 01 approach to your flight plan.

Sorry, but I can not find this option.

It is on the FltPln tab of config, toward the top right.

This option was already selected.

OK.  Maybe I am not understanding what you are doing.

If you want RW 01, then you would add the approach and STAR to RW01 in your flight plan.  DO NOT USE Auto Plan.

With Force Pilot Runway Selection option checked, it should not be changed when you file or during flight.

When is Pilot2ATC assigning RW19, assuming you have selected RW01?

Then we leave it that way. Google can not translate it better. Or I can not explain it better.
Thx.
