April 29, 20188 yr Am wanting to do a trip around the world but don't want to do it without keeping a record. any programs where I can record my flights and help me plot routes etc kinda like a VA log without being in a VA Just wondered if anything out there like this, not like fscaptain or air haulier where the flights are picked for you. April 29, 20188 yr Here are two online services that I use. simbuddy.com https://stratus.projectfly.co.uk/ Both will log your flight by running a program on your desktop which will send the flight data to the web service. The only thing they do not have is the ability to export so your flight is at the mercy of them surviving. If you want something local, Where are my Aircraft (WAMA) does a nice job tracking and has the ability to export KML so you can view it in Google Earth. You can even store screen shots with it. The web services are free / donation ware, WAMA is like 15 bucks.
