April 29, 20188 yr Really hoping that one of the experts here, maybe by your own experience, will be able to help me with this one as Simmarket just keep giving me the same advice and telling me it should work when it isn't working for me so clearly I must be missing something right? In a nutshell, when I run the installer, I get the browser pop up where you put in your email and the serial key that is given when you make the purchase. That works a treat and it gives me my authorisation code. I then copy and paste this, as per the instructions, into the installer but the 'next' button stays greyed out. I am running the installer as administrator, with UAC set to Never. I initially had a problem where the (computer) username wasn't coming up in the installer form but Simmarket support where able to help me fix that and now that is working. I have the installer set as an exception in my security software and have even tried with the security software off just in case. I am using Windows 10. April 29, 20188 yr Try and find an email or the previous page with a name or user name field. Not sure, but they might look at that too. It could be your first and last name or try your email address.

Hi Kowen, Yes went through that with them initially and the username on the installer is just the name given to registered owner (of the windows installation/PC) in the Windows registry. It was blank to start off with so I was putting in my name, my email address etc but if the registered owner name is set up correctly in the registry that field will populate automatically and doesn't correspond to anything from Simmarket. That was the first thing that they helped me fix and it worked successfully I.e. when that screen of the installer popped up then the username field was automatically populated with the name in the registry. April 30, 20188 yr Yes I`ve done the same myself , I need to get InTouch with Justsim they do not have a support site will have to email them purchased LFMN Nice airport, installed with the P3D patches but the sim just exits without loading can`t fly any were near it as again P3D exits to desktop no crash report, had to remove it.
