Hi,

I seem to have a issue when trying to download the update for 777-300 on my P3D machine, I do make sure I've got both Antivirus & Firewall off.

I have been able to update both 747 & 772 without issues. The download starts and then just goes off,so when I restart Operation Centre it still shows 1 notification for the update on 773.

The Windows is 10

Jason,

This usually means that the installed version is to old to be installed with the OC and full installer needed, but taking under concideration that the 77L was updated without issues this might be something else, which without the logs will be guessing.

 

Can you open a ticket at support.precisionmanuals.com and will advice which logs you need to sent over to check.

Am I correct in saying that the my login details for normal PMDG website are the same for support.precisionmanuals.com? As I've just tried and it wouldn't work.

No support portal and store are different accounts. If you have not open a ticket. Before you need to create a new account.

I've noticed when I went into the uninstall programs via the Control Panel that shows the same version as 772, I'll still, open a support ticket incase there is a problem.
