May 18, 20188 yr As I recall, there's a line you need to add to the sound section in your fsx.cfg file. I think it's this one but perhaps someone else can remember which one it is if I'm wrong... SOUND_LOD=1 Another thing you might want to check is that the AI aircraft you are using have correct AISound files in the folder. I have found that sometimes the file was referencing a sound file in an aircraft that I no longer had installed - so all I was getting was "the sounds of silence."
