hi I have moved over to p3dv4 and would like to install rc but i don't know where to install rc is it in c program files also does not give a option for p3d full installation only  up to fsx I realise rc has not been updated for a while,not very good at working out where to install so any help would be really appreciated missing using this great program.

Jim, yes because RC4 will launch it I believe. I run RC on another PC to where P3D is installed but it asks if MakeRwys has already been run before the database is updated.

Make sure you get the latest version from Pete’s site.

just another question ray do I install rc4 into the p3d folder or just on the drive that p3d is installed on

I suggest you install to C:\RC4. Mine's been there for ages. No need to embed it within P3D.

hi installed got this error message after starting rc4 component   

Mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered a file is missing or invalid

There are numerous threads in the RC forum on how to register a DLL. Do a search and follow the instructions.

thank you for the help I had two dll missing installed and registered and got rc4 to start sent a email for a new key but haven't received a reply maybe send a text to Doug see if he can help.
