May 23, 20188 yr Hello All, I was trying to contact PMDG but its led me here. I have recently gotten back into P3D however my email during this period has been hacked and thus I cannot access the email, when trying to log in to the PMDG Dashboard to retrieve my products it seems that my Password needs to be Validated by going onto my email and following a link however I can't do that and when I try to reset it, it make sure that it sends an email to my hacked email about it. I can't change it and I know the password but don't know what to do cause now I can't access my PMDG 738 P3D. Please Help any suggestion is appreciated Thanks Joe
May 23, 20188 yr AVSIM hosts commercial and freeware forums, including the PMDG Forums, but does not provide support for their products. You will have to go to the PMDG website and go to their support section, register, and submit a trouble ticket - PMDG Support - https://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/.
