Has the idea of engine exhaust heat becoming an effect like the way it is in X-Plane or DCS? This would be an amazing enhancement and I was just curious if this had been discussed, etc. Thanks!

It has been discussed many time before, the time investment is too great for something that should be done at the platform level. The request has been sent to LM but we don't know where it is on the priority list.
