I have for many years downloaded / collected SID / STAR charts that ive found online. I add them all to a file, then when needed i open that file and useing the search function, type in the ICAO and it will find the chart pdf file.

For some reason this isnt working the way it should. I've made no changes so im baffled...

Ok, so it is now working correctly.

I dont know how though.  i added all my pdf files to a single folder. When i tryed to search for them after moving them, i couldnt find them, hence the above post. I've just tried again and its finding them fine?... .

Try using 'Everything' from www.voidtools.com

It's probably the fastest desktop search engine out there, & finds your pdf's or anything else as you start typing the name.

That, & Teracopy (very fast copy utility) are the 2 essentials on my PC.
