Since reinstalling P3D to a new system I managed to lose a very useful freeware utility that checked the aircraft.cfg file for a radio section and installed if missing. Does anyone know the name and where I might find it?

Thanks for responding. I know how to add the radio sections. the problem is that I have over 1000 ai aircraft and this tool scanned all and replaced if required.
